Booking Policy

Rates

Rates are based on single and double occupancy. Extra charge per night for additional guests (2) persons. All rooms up to a maximum of 4 persons.

ADA room accommodates only 2 persons.

Surcharges

Daily room rates are subject to a 22% Government Accommodation Tax & Resort Fee/Service Charges. Resort fee includes room Wifi, enhanced TV channel offering, parking, pool and beach towels, beach shuttle service, use of beach chairs and umbrellas, paddle boards and kayaks (as available), and energy surcharge.

Child Policy

Maximum 2 adults, 2 children allowed per room. Children must be 12 years or younger.

Deposits

All reservations require a TWO (2) nights deposit during the Winter Season (Dec 22 until April 30) and a ONE (1) night deposit during the Summer/Fall Seasons (May 1-Dec 21). All major credit cards are accepted.

Group bookings of 10 or more rooms during Winter Season (Dec 22 to April 30) are charged on booking a deposit equal to one night for each of the rooms. This deposit is non refundable, regardless of cancellation notice.

Cancellations

There will be no penalty if reservations are cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival during the Winter Season (Dec 22 until April 30) and at least 7 days prior to arrival during the Summer/Fall Seasons (May 1-Dec 21).

Cancellations received after that time will be charged a Two (2) Nights penalty during the Winter and One (1) night penalty during the Summer/Fall Seasons.

If you did have to pay a cancellation penalty and you booked directly with our Resort, we will credit half (1/2) your cancellation amount towards any stay within 365 days of your original stay. Please mention this when you make your reservation directly with us.

No Shows/Early Departures

No refunds for No-Shows. Early Departures 100% Full stay penalty applies.

Hurricane/Topical Store Cancellation/Rebooking Policy

Reservations may be rescheduled due to a hurricane/tropical storm with no penalty as long as there is a new confirmation date made that is in the next 120 days and the reservation is not cancelled entirely.

If it is cancelled, the cancellation penalty of 1 day (off season) or 2 days( peak season) applies.

Smoking Policy

The Resort is a non-smoking property however a designated outdoor area is available.
